It is necessary for us to gather certain personal and financial information from you so we can properly process your coffee order. We use this information primarily to facilitate the processing of your orders on a one-time purchase or recurring Coffee Club subscription plan basis. However, we also use this information to keep you informed of Good Stuff Coffee happenings and to provide you with information via broadcast email and social media, and possibly also in printed form via direct mail or at live events. From time to time, we may share basic contact information with one or more of our partners for marketing purposes. Contact information is stored securely in our CRM system and our broadcast email system, and contact and financial information is stored securely in our payment processor’s system.
GoodStuffCoffee.com is a secure website and we partner with a payment processor that offers the highest level of security and privacy. We start with a standard SSL certificate (secure sockets layer), which encrypts all traffic with 256-bit encryption to and from the GoodStuffCoffee.com website. Any information provided in forms on GoodStuffCoffee.com is protected by this encryption.
Any financial or banking information entered is securely handed by our processing partner’s security encryption.
Delivery/Shipping & Handling Policy
Our business model is based on coffee roasted and delivered locally by local former foster youth. We charge a flat $4 per order local delivery & handling fee, regardless of the size of the order. However, sometimes our direct customers and fundraising partners’ supporters might have a delivery address located outside of one of our local delivery areas. In those instances, shipping & handling will be charged based on the delivery address relative to the locality of the roaster.
Shipping internationally or anywhere further than three time zones away requires a custom shipping arrangement. Custom shipping & handling fees may vary greatly depending on variables. The customer must agree to any custom shipping & handling fees in advance, before a custom shipping order will be charged and shipped.
Returns are not generally allowed and are handled on a case by case basis. If you wish to return a product, please contact us at (844) COFFEE-6 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Good Stuff Coffee has sole discretion to determine if it will or will not allow a return and under what terms. Good Stuff Coffee’s decision is final regarding any proposed return.
